NB: These costs are for the minimum surgery time allocated and given
per visit.
A deposit for each appointment is requested at the time of booking
and full payment on
completion of the visit payable to M Jackson MIDHS.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 48 hours notice 100% of deposit.
In EXCEPTIONAL circumstances only, when less than 48 hours notice is
given a credit of
50% of the deposit will be made towards future visit.
